They want someone who approaches People Operations with an innovative approach, and are comfortable experimenting, and solving problems in conjunction with c-suite leaders.

Job Description
  • Full employee lifecycle ownership.
  • Benefits and payroll through Rippling.
  • Experience with compensation and discussing equities.
  • Experience owning, designing, and implementing people systems and processes.
  • Ability to partner with C-Suite individuals and be a true seat at the table.
  • Quarterly travel to the UK.

The Successful Applicant
  • 6 to 10 years of experience.
  • Startup background.
  • Experience with broader operations (not just HR) at a startup.
  • Comfortable wearing many hats - (People Operations/Chief of Staff).
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Experience handling equity is a must.
  • Able to travel quarterly.
