Data Entry 60WPM
This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels at personal project management and possesses a sharp eye for detail. MUST TYPE 60+ WPM WITH 95% ACCURACY AND BE LOCATED on the West COAST - PST Time zone
salary: $22 - $23 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities- Data Input: Read source documents (practitioner profiles, emails, and digital files) and accurately enter information into specific data fields using keyboards or scanners.
- Verification: Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of all data before final entry.
- Quality Control: Compare entered data against source documents to detect and correct errors; re-enter data in verification formats when necessary.
- Problem Solving: Locate and resolve data discrepancies or escalate significant errors to supervisors promptly.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, completed work, and productivity metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (experience with formulas and data organization).
- Software Literacy: Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Documentation: Proven ability to accurately record and document complex customer or client information.
- Healthcare/Health Plan Background: Prior experience working within a health plan or medical administrative environment.
- Provider Data Experience: Specific experience handling provider/practitioner profiles and credentialing data.
- Direct Data Entry: A track record of success in high-volume data entry roles.
