Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Tennessee OTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required. New graduates considered only with documented SNF clinical experience.
- Ability to meet a productivity expectation of approximately 88% with point-of-service documentation.
- Willingness to complete facility-required COVID risk acknowledgment if not vaccinated.
- Ability to provide a current resume and meet client-specific onboarding requirements.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. Flex schedule available and required when needed.
- Assignment start: Coverage needed due to clinician leave beginning mid-June; expected longer-term coverage and potential extension for clinicians who meet productivity and documentation standards.
- Clinician may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
