We are a well-established, fully digital private practice in North Austin seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team two days per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays). This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our founder/owner, who is transitioning into a reduced clinical schedule and will continue practicing alongside an associate—providing continuity, mentorship, and a strong, loyal patient base.
This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys practicing at a high clinical level in a low-pressure, relationship driven FFS setting.

What We’re Looking For- General Dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Invisalign certified
- Skilled in advanced procedures such as implants, TMJ, Sleep Dentistry, and or the desire to grow in these areas
- Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to comprehensive care
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Team-oriented, positive, and patient-focused mindset
- Passion for delivering a premium, “white glove” dental experience

Qualifications:
- Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.
- Active DEA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.
- Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
- Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.
- Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to dental care.
- Strong desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative practice culture.
Pay Range: USD $875.00 - USD $1,900.00 /Yr.
