 J.  Blanton Plumbing is expanding our home services team and is looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to provide top-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient system operation.
• Install new HVAC equipment according to company standards and customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues, solutions, and maintenance procedures.
• Follow safety standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Document work performed accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid HVAC technician license or certification preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
