Auditor/Data Entry
We are looking for an analytical individual who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments to join their corporate finance and compliance support team.
salary: $19 - $21 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities- Data Extraction & Reporting: Routinely pull large datasets and financial/operational reports from internal databases and ERP systems.
- Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain audit records, logs, and master data spreadsheets with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- Data Auditing & Reconciliation: Review and cross-reference entered data against source documents to identify, investigate, and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Excel Management: Format, organize, and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions to create clean, readable audit reports for management review.
- Process Documentation: Maintain clear logs of auditing activities, discrepancies found, and corrective actions taken.
