Candidates should be capable of working in a multi-discipline team environment to design and implement innovative protection schemes with rapidly evolving technologies used in various applications throughout the company. - Design and implement security architectures on complex processors based on requirements from your analysis of adversary threats and proposed countermeasures.
- Implement and test embedded software according to the guidance provided by the U.S. Government
- Work with Security State of the Art (S-SOTA) technologies.

- Work with NIST cryptographic algorithmsBecause of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Required Education, Experience, & Skills This role involves developing embedded software for security solutions on embedded processors and requires a bachelor's degree plus 8 or more years of work experience.
- Experience working at the driver, Operating System (OS) and/or Board Support Package (BSP) level
- Defining embedded software architectures
- Integrating software on complex processors
- Technical leadership of a software development Team Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills We are very interested in candidates with any of the following experience:
- Cryptographic algorithm implementation
- Configuring security features of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) S-SOTA components
- Embedded software development on complex processors
- Applying secure coding practices, securing operating systems, and virtualization
- Implementing and configuring security protocols
- Model-Based Systems Engineering using Cameo or MagicDraw
- Experience with RF and EW systems Pay Information
- Time Salary Range: $145049
- $246584 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
