Overview

Our client is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility undergoing a large-scale renovation under new management. With a strong focus on recovery and personalized care, the team supports residents in achieving optimal health in a peaceful, homelike environment.

• Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus
• Pay: $30.50 - $34.50 / Hour

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated)

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery
