NaphCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to maximize the daily operations of our pharmacy, with a strong focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and process improvement. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, and monitoring compliance.
Responsibilities:
Operations & Workflow Management:
- Optimize daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing.
- Implement and manage processes to improve workflow efficiency, reduce redundancies, and enhance accuracy.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.
Operations & Workflow Management:

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and implement quality control measures to reduce errors and improve service delivery.
- Work closely with leadership identify and address compliance issues.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Required: 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
- Preferred: Experience in a high-volume or institutional pharmacy setting (e.g., long-term care, correctional, mail order).
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
