How You Will Make a Tangible Impact This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting the effectiveness and maturity of our Program Management Office (PMO).- Spearhead Strategic Programs: Lead assigned hardware, firmware, and software programs from initiation through successful delivery, utilizing advanced project management methodologies.
- Optimize Portfolio Analytics: Model and analyze portfolio data to provide executive visibility, identify emerging risks, and streamline reporting processes.
- Empower Cross-Functional Teams: Guide and mentor diverse teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure clear accountability.
- Pioneer Governance Enhancements: Innovate and modernize standard PMO processes, tools, and templates to increase efficiency and transparency.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in program management, PMO, or business operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Deep expertise in portfolio reporting, dashboards, metrics, and Jira.
- Preferred: PMP, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile certification.
- Compensation: Up to $79.00/hour, based on skills and experience.
- Work Model: Remote.
