URGENTLY HIRING – 1st Shift Spot Welders
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Range: $20.96 – $24.47 per hour

Adecco is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturer in Golden Valley to urgently hire a Spot Welder. This role supports the production of high‑quality metal components used in commercial and industrial equipment. What You’ll Do- Perform resistance spot welding on sheet metal components according to work instructions and prints
- Load, position, and clamp parts into fixtures prior to welding
- Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production standards
- Inspect welded parts for proper weld placement, strength, and appearance
- Perform secondary operations such as grinding, deburring, and spatter removal as required
- Complete basic machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments
- Identify weld defects and communicate quality concerns to leads or supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support continuous improvement and standardized work practices
- Achieve and maintain productivity and quality standards within the first 90 days
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of spot welding or resistance welding experience preferred
- General sheet metal or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints, work instructions, or weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass required welding and skills assessments
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Routinely lift up to 40 lbs
- Stand for extended periods with frequent bending, stooping, and squatting
- Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Visual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Steel‑toed boots required (must be provided by worker and worn during interviews/assessments)
- Additional PPE provided onsite (gloves, goggles, hearing protection, sleeves as needed)
- Exposure to metal parts, sparks, heat, noise, dust, and fumes
- Strict adherence to all safety policies and PPE requirements
