Anthropologie Temporary Digital Merchandise Coordinator - Apparel
Role Summary:
Anthropologie is looking for a Digital Merchandising Coordinator who is responsible for executing the online product strategy. This includes ensuring products are accurately listed, visually compelling, and easy to find through optimized search and navigation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Site Presentation & Catalog Management: This includes managing product attributes, categories, and "taxonomy" (how items are grouped) to ensure a frictionless user journey. Curate and organize product assortments.
- Conversion Optimization: Implement on-site merchandising strategies such as "Complete the Look" recommendations, cross-selling, and up-selling to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
- Support Digital Merchandiser with daily executional tasks.

Role Qualifications:
- Proficiency using Google apps (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Docs, Gemini, etc)
- Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
