Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will:

• Assist in leading tenant fit‑out for a hyperscale data center project in Gainesville, VA
• Support delivery of a 200,000 SF, stacked data center campus (core & shell complete)
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and ownership
• Help establish processes, standards, and best practices for the data center division
• Contribute strategic insight as the company enters the data center market
• Play a foundational role as one of the first hires in the new division

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will have:

• Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
• Background in commercial construction (data centers a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership
• Interest in building processes and contributing beyond a traditional role
• Self‑starter mindset suited for an entrepreneurial environment

What's on Offer

The Assistant Project Manager - Data Center - NoVA will receive:

• Base salary: $90,000-$105,000
• $750/month allowance
• Guaranteed end‑of‑year bonus paid in 2027
