Job Title: Collision Center Production Manager
Location: Ed Voyles Hyundai & Honda Collision Centers

Ed Voyles Hyundai & Honda Collision Centers are seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, efficiency, and teamwork in the automotive collision repair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the body shop and ensure repair workflow runs efficiently from drop-off to delivery.
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, parts departments, and insurance companies to keep repairs on track and on time.
- Monitor quality control checkpoints and ensure vehicles meet dealership and OEM repair standards.
- Maintain production schedules and adjust workloads as needed to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to technicians and staff to ensure performance goals are met.
- Help manage parts flow and supplement approvals to minimize delays.
- Drive accountability and promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance procedures, and industry software (CCC One preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with both internal team members and external customers/partners.
- Prior production management or shop foreman experience in a collision center is highly preferred.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
