QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and general office software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite desired
• Interest in and appreciation for the fine arts is desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and organize the calendar for Fine Arts events, rehearsals, performances, and meetings.
• Assist in planning and coordinating Fine Arts events, performances, and exhibitions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student participation, performance evaluations, and departmental resources.
• Assist in archiving and documenting Fine Arts projects, performances, and achievements.
• Provide additional supervision for Fine Arts events and performances
• Manage the Fine Arts Department office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and a neat and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Fine Arts faculty to support curriculum-related tasks, including copying materials, organizing resources, and assisting with special projects.
• Knowledgeable and supportive in word and action of the school's mission, vision and educational philosophy
• Implement mission of the school through witness
• Represent the school in a positive way on and off the school campus
