YOUR PURPOSE:

Lennar Corporation is looking for an RPA Lead Developer with a focus on Blue Prism development and support. This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager of Corporate Automation & Applications and is responsible for planning, supporting, testing, and documenting computer programs.

Responsibilities:

 •  Lead development team to ensure highest quality and timely delivery of automation solutions.
 •  Responsible for designing solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism and Lennar design principles and conventions.
 •  Configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, and maintainable.
 •  Accurately analyze and estimate new automation-related processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
 •  Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements.
 •  Lead platform migrations and upgrades
 •  Create and maintain automation-related documentation.
 •  Support existing automation and implement changes following established change control processes.
 •  Resolving complex issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
 •  Identify and communicate all automation risks and issues to management.
 •  Assist in certification of governance controls on a quarterly basis.
 •  Implement database changes, and SQL queries as needed.
 •  Manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
 •  Enforce SDLC best practices for development and quality assurance teams.

Qualifications:

 •  Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years in the IT field is required
 •  4+ years of Blue Prism experience in a developer role
 •  2+ years of professional experience as a Full stack web developer
 •  2+ years of experience with Azure cloud
 •  Blue Prism Certifications are preferred (ROM, Professional Developer, Solution Designer)

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% travel time is required.
