Job Description:
We are looking for Sr. Business Systems Analyst with at least 6+ years of IT experience and UKG Pro (Kronos) experience.
Top Desired Skills:
• At least 5+ years of requirement gathering, documentation, configuration and testing
• Experience with UKG pro, UKG dimensions
• Experience with Kronos workforce management system
• Experience with data integrations
• Great communication skills
The Business Systems Analyst will gather business and compliance requirements, design solutions, configure the UKG Pro (Kronos) application and test solutions for the Stores Workforce Management project in key areas of the workstream. The workstream includes UKG payroll, timekeeping, leave and absence and attestation for a specialty retail environment.
Job Duties:
• Gathers, documents, and finalizes business and compliance requirements related to the implementation of timekeeping & related modules in a specialty retail environment.
• Provides expert working knowledge of module configuration within the workstream functions and makes recommendations for design.
• Configures and implements application modules according to approved requirements/design.
• Tests UKG Pro application and integrations, and provides testing support to others, including business users.
• Documents and defines integrations needed for business requirements.
• Reviews release notes for impact to existing designs and works newfound functionality into designs.
• Creates and maintains reports within UKG Pro platform.
• Understands key concepts in the person import and business structure integrations to resolve module issues related to those areas.
• Provides support, troubleshooting and guidance to end-users. Takes common issues and develops recommendations for improving the application and end-user experience.
• Provide status and assists with status report creation.
Desired Experience:
• Experience gathering business and compliance requirements, designing solutions, configuring the UKG Pro (Kronos) application
• Extensive workforce management systems experience - UKG Pro (Kronos)
• Understanding of workstream functions across North America including 51 USA states/territories and 13 Canadian provinces/territories.
• Leave plan design and configuration expertise.
• Timekeeping expertise in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills to work directly with business partners.
