Overview:
This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign On Bonus!
Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Our Maintenance Technicians provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents. Although we are a 365/24/7 business that doesn’t mean you would have to be – this position won’t have any on-call duties!
Overtime is available but not required.

Compensation: $21.00 - $27.50 /hr DOE
Work Schedule: Full-time day shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) with rotating weekend coverage (every 3rd weekend) where skills in the various trades is a definite plus.
