Job Title : Bench Recruiter Requirement for Gen AI, Data Analytics, Full Stack Engineers/Python Developers Team

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Bench Recruiters to join our team, focusing on assembling a diverse and talented team of 40 Full Stack Engineers/Python Developers. Candidates will be responsible for utilizing a broad talent pool, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B visa holders, and students from various backgrounds.
The role involves close coordination with our Data Practice Manager to facilitate specialized training in high-demand technologies, thereby enhancing the marketability and deployment readiness of our consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Diverse Talent Acquisition:

Build and manage a team of Full Stack Engineers/Python Developers by tapping into diverse talent pools, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1B visa holders, as well as students from various educational backgrounds.

Employ strategic recruitment practices to attract and retain top talent, meeting hiring objectives within specified timelines.

Training Coordination:

Work with the Data Practice Manager to identify skill gaps and arrange for targeted training programs in technologies such as Python, R, Scala, Full Stack Engineering, Snowflake/DataBricks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Consultant Marketing and Placement:

Actively market bench consultants through job portals, direct client connections, and other effective channels to secure project placements.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, ensuring a steady project flow for our consultants.

Broad Student Engagement:

Engage with students from a variety of educational backgrounds, focusing on those studying Computer Engineering and related fields, to prepare them for potential project assignments.

Keep abreast of regulatory and procedural updates related to employment and visa statuses to optimize recruitment strategies and ensure compliance.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on the performance and project placement success of bench consultants.

Assess the impact of training and recruitment initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to align with company goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT consulting and staffing industry as a Bench Recruiter, with a successful track record in building technical teams.

Broad knowledge of the legal and procedural aspects of hiring US Citizens, Green Card holders, H-1B visa holders, and students from various backgrounds.

Strong network within job portals, universities, and potential client bases for effective marketing and placement of consultants.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and management.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in Full Stack Engineering, Python development, Snowflake/DataBricks, and cloud platforms.
