We are looking for a Production Creative Director to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is crucial in a mostly digital agency specializing in the travel industry, including hotels, resorts, and destinations. The Creative Director will oversee social media and production, focusing on fulfilling production needs and improving our capabilities in this area.
This position offers an on-going contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

 •  Oversee and manage all creative outputs within the agency, focusing on digital platforms.
 •  Run and manage social media strategies for our clients in the travel industry.
 •  Collaborate with art directors and other creative directors to develop shot lists for various projects.
 •  Lead and direct on-set activities during photo shoots, ensuring the highest quality outputs.
 •  Drive the production process, ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
 •  Utilize skills in photo shoots, photo styling, and photography to create compelling visuals for our clients.
 •  Develop and implement creative concepts that align with client brand guidelines.
 •  Manage video production activities, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
 •  Ensure that all creative outputs are in line with current industry trends and standards.
 •  Lead and develop a team of creatives, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
 •  Proven experience in a Creative Director role or similar capacity is essential.
 •  Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement creative concepts in a variety of media.
 •  Strong skills in photography, including photo shoots and photo styling are required.
 •  Extensive knowledge and experience in video production.
 •  Proficiency in managing production processes for creative projects.
 •  Ability to lead and inspire a team of creative individuals.
 •  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
 •  Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
 •  Previous experience managing photoshoots is a plus.
 •  Strong decision-making skills and the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
