We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team at anitafichman. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Agile teams are effectively utilizing Scrum principles and practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Facilitate the Agile development process by ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making within and across teams
• Assist the Product Owner with maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and ensuring that they are clear and well-defined
• Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring that they understand and adhere to best practices
• Identify and remove any barriers or impediments that prevent the team from delivering on their commitments
• Conduct regular Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement
• Ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met on time and within budget
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and practices
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of Agile development tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
