Job Description
 •  Project Planning:
 •  Collaborate on project scope and objectives.
 •  Assess sites for challenges and opportunities.
 •  Develop schedules and budgets.
 •  Cost Estimation:
 •  Prepare accurate cost estimates.
 •  Use data and analysis for projections.
 •  Identify cost-saving opportunities.
 •  Bid Management:
 •  Coordinate subcontractor bids.
 •  Analyze proposals for compliance.
 •  Negotiate pricing and terms.
 •  Risk Management:
 •  Identify and mitigate project risks.
 •  Ensure regulatory compliance.
 •  Client Relations:
 •  Communicate with clients.
 •  Address concerns promptly.
 •  Team Coordination:
 •  Collaborate with internal teams.
 •  Facilitate communication.
 •  Value Engineering:
 •  Optimize project performance.
 •  Identify cost-saving measures.
 •  Documentation and Reporting:
 •  Maintain project records.
 •  Generate progress reports.

The Successful Applicant
 •  Proven track record in commercial construction preconstruction management.
 •  Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
 •  Proficient in construction estimating software and project management tools.
 •  Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately
 •  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 •  Ability to coordinate teams and effectively negotiate with stakeholders
 •  Meticulous attention to detail in cost estimation and bid management.
