• Develop schedules and budgets.
• Cost Estimation:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Use data and analysis for projections.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Bid Management:
• Coordinate subcontractor bids.
• Analyze proposals for compliance.
• Negotiate pricing and terms.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Client Relations:
• Communicate with clients.
• Address concerns promptly.
• Team Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Facilitate communication.
• Value Engineering:
• Optimize project performance.
• Identify cost-saving measures.
• Documentation and Reporting:
