Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and operations to define product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product positioning.
Develop marketing collateral such as sales materials, product presentations, and website content to support product launches and ongoing promotion.
Analyze marketing and product performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and product management.
Attend industry trade shows, committee meetings, etc. as necessary in order to maintain brand visibility in WinTech’s various markets.
Develop the corporate Product Master Plan and associated processes and documentation.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight
deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and
collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
