Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate, Level 1 to help support daily operations, ensure timely building maintenance and assist in resolving operations issues as they arise. In this role, you will perform day-to-day repairs as well as schedule and ensure the completion of preventative upkeep.
The position also requires tracking assigned facilities requests and addressing them within established timelines. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and has a strong work ethic to go along with a sharp eye for details.
This position is on-site at our Carson, CA, headquarters.
A day in the office looks like this:
Performing day-to-day building maintenance and repairs, including disposal of waste and recycling and assembly of office furniture
Ensuring assigned facilities requests are addressed according to Lakeshore’s quality standards
Helping maintain a safe and effective working environment
Delivering world-class service to our partners and guests
Coordinating work to be completed by vendors as requested
Running local errands, retrieving post office mail, and collecting invoices
