Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of property maintenance, refurbishment, and
improvement projects across our communities. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can lead teams, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Community-Owned Home Inventory Management:
• Manage the inventory of community-owned homes, overseeing refurbishment operations.
• Ensure that all inventory homes are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
Project Management:
• Lead construction and improvement projects, developing work plans, budgets, estimates, and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Property Maintenance Oversight:
• Supervise maintenance activities related to lawns, clubhouses, pools, streets, curbs, plumbing, and electrical
systems.
• Conduct regular physical inspections of home inventory and renovation work to maintain quality standards.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Provide weekly reports on home inventory status and project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related activities.
Facilities Oversight:
• Monitor and optimize Bedrock facilities and systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or related experience.
Leadership and Communication:
• Strong leadership abilities, team-building skills, and effective communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Foundational knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, construction practices, renovation processes, and
facility capital projects.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety protocols.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed.
• Adaptability to various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Language Skills:
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus.
