Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a leading law firm in the downtown DTC area, seeks a 2 plus years experienced litigation paralegal to join our growing team. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification, and at least two years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
A successful candidate will be a team-player and feel comfortable taking the initiative and managing their cases. Paralegals are responsible for: conducting investigations; research; collecting records; preparing and filing pleadings; case management, including calendaring, assistance with expert witnesses, trial preparation and trial.
The client offers a competitive salary depending on experience, 100% medical insurance premium paid by employer, 401k eligibility after 1 year with employer paid contribution regardless of employee contribution, 100% FAMLI premium payment by employer, annual wellness and technology stipends, and a congenial work environment.
