What you'll do:
• Follow recipes to prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
• Comply with ServSafe, safety requirements, and HACCP guidelines.
• Care for, store, and clean kitchen tools and equipment.
• Minimize waste and control food costs through proper rotation and portioning.
• Engage guests with entertaining station duties and personalized interactions.
• Collaborate on menu development, food setup, and service execution.
• Open and/or close the kitchen as needed, performing basic arithmetic tasks.
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong passion for food and culinary arts.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing menus.
