Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management Analyst to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and creation of materials and execution of organizational change management initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work with client and other contractors to create change management and communications plans that deliver solutions for diverse and complex business processes and stakeholders.

Support or lead the creation of organizational change management and communication work products for each system module, such as stakeholder impact analysis, communication channel analysis, communication strategy, and communication plan.

Support the management of the project Communication Sub-Committee and Ambassador Network.

Collaborate with client and other contractors to determine appropriate messaging, style, and context for communications deliverables that support the overall change and communications strategy.

Identify and analyze people, process, and technology impacts for each system module.

Communicate complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences.

Plan, research, and create high-quality communications deliverables including presentations, briefings, newsletters, email announcements, and reports.

Follow defined templates, adhere to client brand standards, and work creatively within them.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology, instructional design, or a related discipline.
  3.  5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.

Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.

Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload at a high speed to meet deadlines and work objectives.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Ability and desire to understand the bigger picture; demonstrated proactive approach.

Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.

Demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.

Ability to write and edit documents for clarity, content, formatting, and style, including communications to broad and executive audiences; excellent grammar skills.

Proficiency and speed in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word.
