Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator for our client in Wynwood. This is a hybrid position where you will have the opportunity to support the administrative functions of the company while also participating in moderating meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials.
• Moderate meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable moderating meetings and facilitating discussions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (part-time in-office and part-time remote).
