Job Description:
BlackRock Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Project Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing transportation projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, construction, and project closeout.
The Transportation Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of transportation projects, including planning, design, construction, and project closeout
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure project goals are met
• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Prepare and review project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and drawings
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Monitor and report on project progress to clients and senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Transportation Planning, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum of [X] years of experience managing transportation projects

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
