Loan Servicing Associate
6. month contract to start
Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Houston, TX / 2 days remote
Job Description:
Seeking 2-3 years experience working with loans in operations.
Servicing & handling the posting of mortgage payments, the calculation of interest accruals, the reconciliations within Investor Accounting.
Candidates should be coming from the servicing sides. Seeking experience working on loans (ex: car loans processing payments), operations.
Seeking experience in the Servicing side of loans, i.e., payment processors, payoff clerks, Investor Accounting, or escrow analysis.
Financial experience is a plus (not required).
Bachelors degree is a plus (not required).
Candidates must have their own laptop for remote work. The only equipment that will be provided will be a headset and keyboard.
Schedule is Monday through Friday hours expected daily will be 8 AM to 5 PM.
The team normally works in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
However, there are times when they must work past 5 PM, especially during quarter end.
And then sometimes they must switch their days in the office depending on the volume and quarter end.
RATE RANGE: $15.00 - $20.00/hr. W2 (based on experience)
