Are you looking for a role with high impact and high visibility? We are looking for a motivated, organized self-starter to join as a Principal Product Manager on the DSP Performance team!

In this role, the Principal Product Manager will be accountable for multiple VP and Director goals, and will need to work closely with senior leaders in the Last Mile space as well as key partner organizations to ensure success. The Principal Product Manage will own performance programs and mechanisms used by internal customers, such as Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and Business Coaches (BCs), with a focus on measuring and improving Delivery Associate (DA) performance.

You will be successful in this role if you 1) have a strong sense of ownership and seek long-term solutions that allow the program to scale, 2) can develop data-based insights and turn them into actionable plans, and 3) clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, to drive buy-in and adoption across a diverse group of stakeholders with competing priorities. We are seeking a bar-raising candidate who will be able to:

 •  Analyze metrics and behaviors to draw key business insights
 •  Identify, develop and execute performance programs that will improve the safety, quality, and speed of customers’ shipments
 •  Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive programs that enable DSPs to be successful
 •  Think across all SLS programs and other key initiatives in the Last Mile space, delivering holistic, scalable solutions
 •  Operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Key job responsibilities
 •  Lead development of the data architecture and the long term strategy and roadmap to leverage behavior signals in our data.
 •  Root cause opportunities and extract insights using a data driven approach.
 •  Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver world-class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.
 •  Work with Business Analytics and Tech team members to articulate and prioritize feature needs for analytics and reporting.
 •  Partner with cross-functional teams across Amazon for collaboration to improve the customer experience.
 •  Ability to influence rather than authority to build trust across the organization.
 •  Create, maintain, and disseminate program information confidently and on a regular basis to Amazon senior executives, senior leadership teams, and key stakeholders.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Bellevue, WA, USA- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
 •  Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
 •  Bachelor's degree
 •  Experience with end to end product delivery
 •  Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
