We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sampling Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting soil, plant tissue, and water samples for analysis.
As a crucial member of our research team, you will help gather accurate and reliable data that supports our ongoing research and development efforts in the field of agriculture.

Responsibilities
 •  Collect samples from designated locations according to established protocols and guidelines
 •  Ensure proper handling and labeling of samples to maintain their integrity and prevent cross-contamination
 •  Package and prepare samples for transportation to the laboratory, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
 •  Maintain detailed records of sample collection, including location, time, and any relevant observations
 •  Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while collecting samples
 •  Collaborate with scientists and other team members to troubleshoot any issues related to sample collection and processing
 •  Assist in data entry and analysis as needed

Requirements
 •  High school diploma or equivalent
 •  Previous experience in a laboratory or field sampling environment preferred
 •  Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols
 •  Excellent organizational and time management skills
 •  Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
 •  Basic computer skills, including data entry
 •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
 •  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
