Job Summary:

As aController, you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our financial activities. Your keen eye for detail, analytical prowess, and strategic mindset will be pivotal in driving our company's financial performance and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  2.  Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and optimize operational efficiency.
  3.  Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  4.  Monitor key financial metrics and provide insightful analysis to support data-driven decision-making by the executive team.
  5.  Manage the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and local regulations.
  6.  Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate smooth financial audits and compliance filings.
  7.  Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance department.
  8.  Assist in financial modeling for new business initiatives and investment opportunities.
 •  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
 •  Proven experience as a manager
 •  Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
 •  Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
 •  Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
 •  Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
 •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
 •  Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
