• 5+ years of experience in labor & employment, preferably with litigation experience
• Previous experience working on EEOC, wage and hour, discrimination cases
• Actively barred and residing in the same state, in good standing
• Strong legal writing skills required
The salary range for this position is $50-75/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan.
