Job Overview:As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), you will play a key role in providing comprehensive accounting services and strategic financial guidance to our clients. You will leverage your expertise in auditing, tax compliance, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize our clients' financial performance.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit and Assurance Services: Conduct audits of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and financial processes.

Tax Planning and Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax filings. Provide tax planning strategies and guidance to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for clients.

Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant accounting standards.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic financial guidance, answering accounting-related questions, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Team Leadership and Mentoring: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to develop their technical skills and professional growth.

Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations. Participate in professional development activities, such as continuing education courses and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification is required.

3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing, tax, or advisory services.

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, tax laws, and accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple client engagements, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
