CDR Health Care Inc., is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Naples-Collier County, FL area. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to:
• Recording a patient's medical information accurately
• Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and rules
• Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed
• Patient assessment and monitoring, vital sign
Requirements
• Current State of Florida LPN license required in good standing
• Minimum ASN and/or BSN preferred, not required
• Proven experience as LPN
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
• Above average physical condition and stamina
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check
• Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
• Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole highly preferred)

• Day Shift 8am-5pm (Hours subject to change)
• Open Monday through Friday
