We are on the lookout for a diligent and competent Controller to join our team, situated in Rogers, Arkansas. The individual will be expected to manage all accounting operational functions, consolidate financial data for internal and external statements, evaluate accounting and internal control systems, and lead departmental staff.
This role will demand effective management within strict time constraints when providing client services and the ability to generate innovative ideas while challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities:
 •  Execute responsibilities beyond formal job requirements
 •  Implement and streamline policies, procedures, controls, and methodologies
 •  Collaborate with the executive team and partners to support efficient and effective firm-wide operation
 •  Analyze self and team deliverables to confirm they meet client expectations
 •  Present monthly financial reports to the executive committee and partners
 •  Support Finance Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, with research, planning, and implementation as required
 •  Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor on a monthly basis
 •  Support timely cash collection by managing the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques
 •  Responsible for month-end and year-end close of the income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis
 •  Direct finance department activities, such as accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll • Proven experience in the role of a Controller or relevant position
 •  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant qualification is mandatory
 •  Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and month-end close processes
 •  Proficient in MS Excel and other financial management software
 •  Expertise in commercial real estate investment is highly desirable
 •  Demonstrated ability in management and leadership skills
 •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 •  Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
 •  Commitment to professional ethics and compliance with regulatory bodies
 •  Ability to work in a team as well as independently
 •  Proficiency in financial forecasting and risk assessment
 •  Strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting models
 •  Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
 •  Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial and operational controls.
