Overview:

ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB’s growing New England Regional Finance team is seeking a Project Accountant to join our Watertown, MA office.

Responsibilities
 •  Preparation and processing of client invoices and contract documents
 •  Client and sub-consultant contract maintenance
 •  Assistance with project setup/budgeting
 •  Accounts receivable collection assistance
 •  Assistance with research & resolution of client questions

Skills and Abilities
 •  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 •  Ability to multi task in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
 •  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
 •  Ability to think critically and problem solve

Qualifications
 •  Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management, or equivalent experience
 •  0-4 years of experience (preferably in an Engineering/Architecture/Construction environment)
 •  Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe
 •  Knowledge of Deltek Vision a plus
