Job Description

In coordination with the Strategic Marketing Director, lead a team to define, develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the Global Body Repair division. Be the storyteller for the brand and the new products that you and your team bring to the market.
Collaborate with the Innovation and Product Management team and bring new products to life with your partners in R&D. Package and position meaningful end-user value propositions for our innovative products. The brand team that you lead is responsible for all aspects of our brand and product marketing strategies.
The Marketing Team performs a key role in informing the long-range strategic plan and annual plan in collaboration with the Sales Organization and Division Leadership. The Marketing Manager also develops and executes all divisional promotional activity, including advertising, events, customer and end user loyalty programs, and sales/distribution support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates with Strategic Marketing Director, product management, R&D and Market Research Analyst to develop and execute effective new product launch plans, marketing strategies and programs aligned with compelling product, brand and customer value propositions.
Marketing programs should be informed with customer and consumer insights, industry trends and market conditions and include ways to effectively measure end user engagement and ROI for the division.

Leads and develops a team of high performing marketing professionals.

Ensures Team is managing projects and priorities in line with the company’s Annual and Long- Range Plan.

Guides efforts to effectively execute customer and end user marketing strategies, support Sales and Distribution and related communication design and graphics design support.

Works closely with the Product Management and Sales Organization to develop and execute market launch programs, selling tools and promotions.

Partner with a talented sales force to maximize the performance of product categories with major retailers, wholesale distributors, and jobbers in key markets around the globe.

Effectively measures and reports engagement metrics and ROI on divisional marketing programs, including monitors launches against targets.

Manages marketing budget to annual business plan and provides monthly updates to outlook expenses to the Strategic Marketing Director.

Manages continuity of Evercoat’s commercial message and branding for our Evercoat and Auto Magic product portfolios

Responsible for development and implementation of Evercoat marketing, advertising, new product launches, web site, press releases, and all other forms of communication to Evercoat’s distribution network and end users, to including social media.

In coordination with Strategic Marketing Director and Marketing Team - uncovers high potential areas of unmet needs in target markets where the business can take a leadership position.

Coordinate and manage all arrangements and Marketing activities for all trade shows, front to back, including leads generation and capture and maximizing post event return on investment

Owns and maintains the company’s contact database, including all customers and end user registrations, including strategies to maximize its potential

Maintains Evercoat and Auto Magic gear stores, including managing its budget to the divisional annual business plan.

Supports and executes ITW’s Front to Back 80/20 framework and participates in ITW Toolbox projects to maximize the potential of our marketing strategies and programs.

Work with Strategic Marketing Director on special projects as needed.

Other duties may be assigned.
