The Role:

Role Description:

We are seeking a Communications Senior Associate to join our National Learning & Development (NL&D) team. This role demands a blend of creativity and practical skills; ideal for someone passionate about developing engaging and informative content and effective communication strategies.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our communications strategy and creating compelling materials such as national emails, PowerPoint presentations, videos, intranet sites and more. You should be able to juggle multiple projects with ease, driven by a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a willingness to continuously improve deliverables.

Primary Job Responsibilities
 •  Develop, curate, and manage engaging internal content for National Learning & Development that aligns with our Firm’s branding across various platforms, including the intranet, emails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, graphics, videos, and more. Examples include newsletters, surveys, event and program-related communications, course catalogs, presentations and branded images.
 •  Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the Firm to design and produce compelling content and communication materials. This collaboration extends to coordinating with vendors on new communications tools and branded products, and with communications professionals across the Firm.
 •  Take an active role in the research, planning, and execution of internal campaigns and initiatives to support our NL&D goals. This involves assisting with managing the internal communications calendar and maintaining and implementing the NL&D and Firm style guidelines.
 •  Design and maintain templates and images library in various platforms ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with branding standards.
 •  Ensure the NL&D website is continuously updated with materials that meet the highest standards and reflect the latest industry practices and Firm policies.
 •  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of content and communication strategies to ensure relevance and impact, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement across all internal communications and NL&D activities.
 •  Handle additional ad hoc projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the Firm’s ongoing success and communication excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in SoCal, the expected salary range for this role is $79,000-$103,000; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.

Benefits: Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.

The Requirements:

 •  Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
 •  3 to 4 years of experience in content creation or communications, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
 •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to produce clear and persuasive content.
 •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including responding promptly to urgent requests.
 •  A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
 •  Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; professional demeanor.
 •  Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 •  Skilled in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).
