Lead Transformational Initiatives as a Program Manager - Federal Projects!

As the contractor's lead for this dynamic contract, the Program Manager (PM) holds a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing overall management of Contract support operations. With a rich history of 12+ years' experience managing large, complex IT projects and operations, the PM is a seasoned professional ready to drive success.
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline lays the foundation for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all Contract activities, including those of subcontractors.

Develop work breakdown structures, charts, tables, graphs, major milestone calendars, and diagrams to facilitate problem analysis and recommendations.

Oversee complex tasks, ensuring work products align with industry 'best practices' and CMS standards.

Manage and supervise employees across various labor categories, leveraging experience in projects similar in size and scope to those referenced under this contract.

Possess a project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PMgP), or an equivalent Government certification.

Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills, including experience briefing executive personnel.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in managing projects within environments similar to the CMS environment.

Desirable: Experience translating contract requirements into project plans and milestones, directing plan implementation, and presenting formal project status/plan briefings to Government managers.

Ability to innovate and implement cutting-edge approaches, leveraging current technologies and software development methodologies to improve services or cut costs.

Desirable: Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience working in the CMS acquisition environment.
