• Process and record incoming payments from clients
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Prepare and submit reports on accounts receivable status
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
