Your Role: As the Facilities Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our operational capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and energizing a team dedicated to excellence in facilities management and maintenance.
Ensuring optimal functionality of all facility operations, including our Maximo system for facility and machine maintenance documentation.
Driving project completion, managing budgets, and overseeing contractors to ensure cost-effective operations.
Innovating utility savings programs and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Managing communication systems and security infrastructure to support seamless operations.
Working Conditions:
This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
You will be based primarily in an office setting but will spend time in manufacturing environments and may require occasional travel and overtime to meet objectives.
Requirements
What We Require:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, applicable codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and proven project management capabilities.
