We have been awarded multiple propulsion module and satellite contracts

We are seeking a full-time Assembly, Integration & Test Technician. Responsibilities will be working in the following areas: Assembling spacecraft hardware, soldering and PCB inspections, harness builds, testing of components and assemblies, and following spacecraft thru environmental testing campaigns.
We are looking for candidates excited about being part of a close-knit team of individuals, passionate about space systems, and have the desire to continuously learn and improve.

Responsibilities and Duties
 •  Assemble propulsion modules, thrusters, and satellites per engineer instructions following step by step guidelines and documenting the process as things are built.
 •  Operate torque wrenches and similar tools to assembly product to specifications.
 •  Be able to obtain IPC certifications for wire harness assembly.
 •  Assemble and Solder components onto PCBs.
 •  Install project specific sensors such as thermistors and accelerometers.
 •  Troubleshooting and diagnostic process knowledge highly desired.
 •  Work with engineers to troubleshoot hardware problems.
 •  Build harnesses and wiring connectors.
 •  Support Propulsion Module and Spacecraft Testing.
 •  Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills
 •  2-4 years experience.
 •  Experience with soldering, crimping and harness build.
 •  Experience with electronics testing.
 •  Experience with board repair.
 •  Good written and verbal communication skills.
 •  Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
 •  Able to lift 50 lbs.
 •  Able to climb a 13' ladder.
 •  Able to stand for long periods of time.
 •  US Citizen.

Desired Skills
 •  Experience with Visio, Excel and/or CAD Drawing software.
 •  Experience with Fabrication and Test.
 •  Experience with non-conformance resolution.
 •  NASA Certifications for soldering, crimping & harnesses.
 •  Experience with harness fabrication.
 •  Experience with vacuum chambers.
 •  Good time-management skills.

Schedule:

 •  8 hour shift
 •  Monday to Friday
 •  Weekend availability
