We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain resilience, ensure business continuity, and comply with regulatory requirements across our global operations.

• Implement business continuity plans and procedures to ensure the resilience of our critical processes in the event of disruptions or emergencies. Lead implementation of
Supply Chain Resilience software system
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, ethical practices and customer requirements in all aspects of our supply chain activities
• Drive Product change notification (PCN) processes, End:of:life / Last time buy processes for Supply Chain resilience
• Lead and provide guidance and training on supply chain resilience, business continuity planning, and compliance to internal stakeholders. Actively participate in compliance audits and accreditation, ensuring our practices meet industry standards and regulations
• Manage project activities related to supply chain resilience initiatives working with cross:functional stakeholders across different countries and time zones
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration (BBA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Operations or Engineering or Supply chain management
