Sr. Financial Analyst
Exciting Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity in The Woodland, TX. You'll engage with various business segments and communicate directly with division leaders, focusing on effective decision-making and resource deployment, which will significantly contribute to our company's bottom line.
Sr. Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed financial modeling and data analysis of large-scale development opportunities
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for project stakeholders
• Develop and maintain business and financial models, synthesizing insights
• Assist in the underwriting of funds and equity partners and support existing acquisitions and initiatives
• Gather industry data and competitive information
• Work with public financing vehicles such as Opportunity Zone Funds, Management Districts, and more
• Collaborate effectively with professionals and information sources for insights, conclusions, and key analytics
Senior Financial Analyst Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• Minimum of three years’ experience in financial accounting, reporting, analysis, or commercial real estate development
• Experience in real estate, private equity, or investment banking
• Excellent ability to create financial models using MACROS and other advanced Excel functions
• Strong financial and statistical background, with a solid understanding of return metrics and quantitative reasoning
• Able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and build positive relationships
• Detail-oriented, analytical, self-starter, pro-active, and high energy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Argus software is a plus.
