Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring the deep cleanliness of all assign rooms and reporting any maintenance
deficiencies.
• Consistently deliver five diamond service to our guests.
• Ensure to follow proper procedures for Osha and Health Department Guidelines.
• Provide guest with directions as needed.
• Knowledgeable of the property and activities within the property.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb the high ladder for dusting and
cleaning.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and more.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of AAA and Forbes Standards.
• Passion for Guest Service and attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Position requires constant or frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling and reaching.
• Must be able to use a ladder or scissor lift to clean high areas.
• Must be able to work graveyard shift, weekends and holidays.
