Position Highlights: JD Edwards Operation and CNC Administrator role at TRI Pointe Homes is responsible for the daily operation of JD Edwards. The Administrator is responsible for technical design, administration, upgrade/maintenance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software releases, upgrade/maintenance of AllOutSecurity software, and maintenance of all relevant documentation required for audits and compliance.
The ideal candidate can provide technical analysis, make the appropriate recommendations, communicate thoroughly, execute technical solutions in a timely manner, and maintain detailed documentation of JD Edwards and AllOutSecurity operations.

Position Responsibilities:

 •  Maintain JD Edwards E1 9.2 release levels
 •  Perform JD Edwards application/tools, release Implementations, and upgrades to the latest versions
 •  Administer JD Edwards security, Orchestrator, and User-Defined Objects (UDO's)
 •  Install, upgrade and maintain web servers utilizing WebLogic and WebSphere Application Servers
 •  ESU / ASU installations
 •  Maintain Object Management Workbench (OMW)
 •  Perform Package Builds deployments
 •  Design and maintain task views
 •  Support mobile initiatives
 •  Work directly with end-users to identify and resolve technical issues
 •  Support JD Edwards running on SQL server database
 •  Monitor system performance and implement solutions
 •  Recommend new best practices.
 •  Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation.
 •  Assess and install Oracle JD Edwards quarterly patches
 •  Maintain JD Edwards, AllOutSecurity security roles, Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules, and all relevant reports required for JDE operation and audit requirements
 •  Provision and maintain all JD Edwards end-user security accesses and all relevant documentation required for compliance/audit
 •  Partner with the infrastructure team to monitor, review, assess all JD Edwards backup and restore jobs and provide timely reports to management
 •  Lead/partner with infrastructure team, third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve all JD Edwards technical issues for all environments

Position Qualifications:

 •  5+ years as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Administrator
 •  Additional experience in JD Edwards E1 development tools (RDA, FDA, OMW, etc) is plus
 •  Knowledge of Spreadsheet Server and ReportsNow administration is preferred but not required
 •  A degree or certification in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, other advanced degrees or credentials are preferred.
 •  Hands on experience with at least one JD Edwards tool upgrade
 •  In depth knowledge of JD Edwards 9.2 CNC activities and tool upgrade
 •  Working experience supporting Windows Server 20xx in a JD Edwards environment
 •  Proficient with SQL utilizing SQL server database
 •  Experienced DBA using SQL Server databases is a plus
 •  Working experience using JD Edwards BSSV technology
 •  Working knowledge of JD Edwards Mobile technology is a plus
 •  Disaster Recovery analysis, documentation and support
 •  Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals
 •  Excellent problem-solving skills.
 •  Working knowledge of JD Edwards 9.2 functional areas such as Homebuilding, Job Cost, and Procurement, and other modules.

Compensation & Benefits:

 •  Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $85,100-128,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
 •  Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
